多层螺旋CT血管造影在活体供体肾移植术前的应用价值

摘　　要：肾移植是目前对终末期肾病患者最有效的治疗方法。活体肾摘取手术也是世界上许多肾移植中心的首选方式。因此,术前对活体肾的解剖和功能状态的评估尤为重要。多层螺旋CT血管造影能够显示肾脏血管的解剖变异情况,为肾移植术供肾的选择提供可靠依据。本文就多层螺旋CT及后处理技术对活体肾移植术前的肾血管、肾实质及肾集合系统的评估和临床价值予以综述。Kidney transplantation is the most effective treatment in patients with end-stage renal disease at present.Living kidney removal surgery is the primary method in many kidney transplant centers in the world.Therefore,it＇s particularly important to assess the anatomical and functional status of preoperative kidney.Multi-slice spiral CT angiography can show the number of renal blood vessels,presence or absence of branches,anatomical variations as well as abnormal urinary system.It also provides basis for donor surgery.This article reviewed multi-slice spiral CT and post-processing techniques on the preoperative living donor renal transplantation of kidney blood vessels,kidney and renal collecting system in the evaluation and clinical value.
