播放动画片在婴幼儿雾化吸入护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨婴幼儿在雾化吸入护理中播放动画片对促进其配合的作用。方法将119例需行雾化吸入治疗的婴幼儿按随机性原则分为试验组58例和对照组61，对照组行常规护理，实验组在此基础上，播放婴幼儿喜爱的动画片。结果实验组的配合率、配合程度显著高于对照组（p〈0．01）。结论在雾化吸入护理中，播放趣味动画片，转移了婴幼儿的注意力，缓解了其恐惧、哭闹、不配合治疗的现象，更有利于雾化吸入治疗的完成。Objective To investigate the effect of watching cartoons on infants＇ cooperation in aerosol inhalation nursing. Methods 119 infants in need of aerosol inhalation treatment were randomly divided into two groups： 58 infants in the experimental group and 61 infants in control group. The control group were given the conventional nursing , and the experiment group were additionally used watching interesting cartoons during aerosol inhalation nursing .Results The rate and the degree of cooperation of infants in the experiment group were much higher than that of in the control group （p〈0.01） .Conclusion Watching interesting cartoons would distract infants＇ attention, relieve their fear and crying, and prevent them from noncooperation during their aerosol inhalation. R is helpful to implementing aerosol inhalation treatment.
