摘　　要：应用型人才培养特色是高校在长期办学实践中形成的、符合学校定位和社会需求的、为社会所公认的、区别于其他类型人才培养的风格、特点与个性风貌。它具有独特性、适应性、稳定性、实践性、发展性、多样性、综合性和系统性等特征,包含办学定位、人才质量、学科专业、教育教学、师资队伍和学校管理特色等内涵。Practical talent training characteristics are developed in the long-term school management to meet the school-running orientation and social needs,which are generally recognized and different from characteristics of other types of talents training.They are peculiar,adaptive,stable,practical,developmental,diverse,comprehensive and systematic,with their connotations including school-running orientation,talents quality,discipline and specialty,education teaching,teachers contingent and school management.
