摘  要:研究了Fenton试剂处理机械加工清洗废水的影响因素及其适宜操作条件。实验结果确定的适宜操作条件为:在原水COD_(Cr)约2 000 mg/L时,n_(H_2O_2)/n_(Fe^(2+))=37.6,H_2O_2的投加量40 mL/L,pH=4,反应时间2.5 h,此时COD_(Cr)的去除率可达91.4%。同时考察了聚丙烯酰胺与Fenton试剂的协同效果。适宜操作条件下COD_(Cr)的去除率可达93.2%。The influencing factors and optimal operating conditions for the treatment of cleaning wastewater in machine finishing using Fenton reagent are studied.The optimal operating conditions determined by experiment are as follows:the COD_(Cr) of the wastewater is about 2 000 mg/L,n_(H_2O_2:n_(Fe^(2+))=37.6,the dosage of H_2O_2 is 40 mL/L,pH value is 4 and the oxidation time is 2.5 h. Under these conditions,the COD_(Cr) removal rate is up to 91.4%.Meantime,the synergic effect of PAM cooperated with Fenton reagent is also studied.Under the optimal operating conditions,the COD_(Cr) removal rate is up to 93.2%.
