外用溃疡散治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的短期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察外用溃疡散治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的短期疗效,探寻治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的有效方法。方法将复发性阿弗他溃疡患者80例随机分成两组,试验组40例采用外用溃疡散治疗,对照组40例采用西瓜霜喷剂治疗,治疗前及治疗后分别观察疼痛程度和平均溃疡期的变化。结果试验组与对照组平均溃疡期和疼痛指数比较,存在统计学差异(T检验,P<0.05);试验组与对照组疗效比较也存在统计学差异(卡方检验,P<0.05)。结论外用溃疡散是目前治疗复发性口腔溃疡较为理想的药物之一,且疗效优于西瓜霜喷剂,值得临床推广使用。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the Short-term effects of ulcer powder for external on the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer and try to find out an effective way to treat recurrent aphthous ulcer.METHODS 80 patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer were divided into two groups randomLy.The test group（40 cases）were treated with ulcer powder for external;the control group（40 cases）were treated with watermelon powder spray.RESULTS The average period of ulcer and the index of pain had significant difference between these 2 groups by T test（P0.05）.And the curative effect between these two groups had significant difference by Chi-square test（P0.05）.CONCLUSIONS The treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer with ulcer powder for external is safe and effective.Its curative effects are better than those of watermelon powder spray.It is worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
