摘　　要：运用文献资料法和问卷调查法对农村体育的现状进行了调研,认为农村体育场地设施不足、农村居民科学的体育价值观念尚未形成、体育组织引导缺失和体育发展不平衡等仍是不争的事实。提出政府必须加大投入来积极改善农村体育场地设施条件,要运用各种有效的手段帮助农民建立正确的体育价值观,并根据农村实际建立完善的体育管理体制和科学的运行机制,优化农村体育的内容和形式,营造一个良好的体育文化氛围,引导农村居民自觉积极地投入到体育活动中来,促进农村体育步入科学发展的快车道。The investigation about the status quo of the rural sports development has been carried on by using the literature material law and the questionnaire survey procedure.It is still an indisputable fact that there are less sports facilities in rural areas and the values of sports science of rural residents has not yet formed.Many problems still exist,for example： the missing guide of sports organizations and the unbalanced development of sports.Therefere,the government must enlarge investment to improve the condition of sports facilities actively in rural areas,to help farmers establish the correct physical values by using all effective means.The government should also establish perfect sports management system and the science operational mechanism according to the rural status.It can optimize the content and form of the countryside sports.If a good sports culture atmosphere has been created,it can guide the rural residents to participate in sports activities actively.The countryside sports can march into the fast lane of scientific development through these effective means.
