公路网抗击自然灾害能力评价指标体系探讨

摘　　要：通过层次分析法,结合表征公路网抗击自然灾害能力等方面的特性指标,构建了公路网抗击自然灾害能力评价指标体系。并以杭州市公路网为例对评价指标体系进行了实际应用。结果表明,公路网抗击自然灾害能力评价指标体系得到的评估结论与实际情况比较接近,一定程度上反映公路网的抗灾能力,评价方法具有可操作性。Evaluation of the resistant ability against natural disasters of the highway network can be done through AHP, and the characteristics are combined to construct the evaluation index system for the resistant ability against disasters of highway network. Hangzhou highway network is taken as an example to apply the evaluation index system. The results indicate that the conclusion of the evaluation index system for the highway network resistant ability against disasters is close to the actual situation and can reflect the actual ability to a certain extent and the method is feasible.
