摘  要:硫酸铜常用于水产养殖的疾病防治,但当水体中的铜离子浓度超过一定范围时便对软体动物产生一定的毒害作用.本研究选取椭圆背角无齿蚌作为研究对象,采用苏木精-伊红染色方法进行组织石蜡切片制作.研究浓度为0.01mg/L、0.1mg/L、1mg/L和10 mg/L的硫酸铜作用不同时间后椭圆背角无齿蚌鳃组织结构的变化.结果表明,0.01mg/L硫酸铜处理7 d和14 d后,鳃的组织结构未发生明显变化.随着硫酸铜浓度的增大和处理时间的延长,鳃丝逐渐变得短粗,细胞空化逐渐加重,鳃丝、丝间隔和鳃小管的上皮细胞变小.CuSO4 is often used to prevent and cure disease in aquaculture,but it will be harmful to mollusc when its concentration was higher than a certain level.The histological changes of gills of Anodonta woodiana elliptica exposed to 0.01 mg/L,0.1 mg/L,1 mg/ L and 10 mg/L of CuSO4 concentrations for different times were studied by making paraffin section stained with hematoxylin-eosin.The results showed that after the animals had been treated with 0.01 mg/L of CuSO4 for 7 and 14 days,gills were not structurally affected.With the concentration increasing and the exposure time prolonging,gill lamella decreased in length but increased in diameter,vacuoled cells increased,and epithelium cells in gill lamella,interfilmentary junction and water tube decreased.The diameter of the stylesac and the lenth of gastric shield of Anodonta woodiana elliptica exposed to lower than 10 mg/L of for CuSO4 7 and 14 days increased,and the wall of ostium of Anodonta woodiana elliptica thicked exposed to 10 mg/L of CuSO4.
