中国古代管理思想在现代体育管理中的应用

摘　　要：我国古代管理思想宏富精深,对我国现代体育管理有着很好的启示.文章在论述我国古代顺"道"、重人、法治管理思想的基础上,从系统的观点出发,探讨这些古代管理思想在现代体育管理工作中的应用,旨在为体育管理者提供一定的参考.The management ideas of ancient China are abundant and profound,from which modern sports management of China can gain good enlightenments.Based on these ideas,the article is analyzed that following objective law,attaching importance to people and ruling by law are utilized.It will provide some references for sports administrative personnel.
