Finishing Experiments of Crossbred Beef Cattle Sired by Piedmontese

摘  要:用皮埃蒙特牛的冷冻精液进行人工授精,改良西门塔尔杂种母牛和晋南母牛,杂交试验,以期为皮埃蒙特肉牛杂交改良利用、提高高档牛肉的生产,提供科学的数据。试验结果表明,皮埃蒙特三元杂种公犊牛初生重、6月龄重、18月龄重分别是36.2 kg、182.3 kg和542.2 kg,育肥期12~18月龄平均日增重1079 g。屠宰率为61.4%,净肉率为52.3%,眼肌面积102 cm2。皮晋牛屠宰率为59%,净肉率50.4%,眼肌面积84 cm2。育肥屠宰试验结果表明,皮西杂组合杂交改良效果明显。The experiments aimed at improving the production performance of two-way crossbred Simmental and Jinnan Yellow Cattle using frozen semen of Piedmontese,in order to prouide data basis for crossbreeding of Piedmontese and quality beef production.The results showed that average birth weight of male three-way crossbreds of Simmental and indigenous Yellow cattle sired by Piedmontese was 36.2kg.Body weights at 6 and 18 months of age were 182.3 and 542.2 kg,respectively.Average daily gain from 12 to 18 month,dressing percentage,net beef percentage and eye muscle area were 1079 g,61.4%,52.3% and 102 cm^2,respectively.The dressing percentage,net beef percentage and eye muscle area of the two-way crossbreds of Piedmontese and Jinnan Yellow Cattle was 59%,50.4% and 84 cm^2,respectively.It was showed that the three-way crossbreds have better performance.
