摘　　要：网络教育平台是开展现代远程教育的支撑核心。本文对网络教育平台的业务需求进行了分析,并对网络教育平台的设计开发原则,开发模式等问题进行了研究和探讨。The construction and design of E--learning platform is described in this paper,and the operation requests for building this special platform are analyzed. Meanwhile,the logical structure of E--learning Platform and the methods and principles of constructing this platform are discussed.
