摘　　要：农村环境问题日趋严重并对农业生产和农民生活造成了极大负面影响,对这一问题的环境法解决路径是通过合理设定农民环境权利制度。农民享有环境资源利用权、环境知情权、环境事务参与权和环境侵害请求权这些权利。实现这些权利不仅仅是要完善法律规定,更重要的是为权利实现提供一些保障条件。The problems of rural environment are more serious,and have extremely negative impact on agricultural production and the life of the farmers.The solutions of environmental law to the problems are to set a reasonable system of the environmental right for farmers.The farmers have these rights： the use of environmental resources,environmental information,participation in environmental affairs and The claim against the environment.Realization of these rights is not only necessary to improve laws and regulations,but also to provide some protection for the right realization.
