摘 要:环境污染日趋严重、资源日趋短缺,清洁生产成为实现环境与经济可持续发展的根本途径。合成氨工业应选取工艺优化技术、先进控制技术,加强综合污染防治管理体系,进一步实现或接近清洁生产,降低环境污染,实现经济效益和环境效益的统一。本文回顾了合成氨厂的主要技术,分析了生产过程中采用的典型工艺及其技术特点与经济性,探讨了欧盟及我国的综合污染防治管理体系,指出我国未来应加强综合污染防治管理体系。合成氨技术的主要发展趋势是大型化、低能耗、清洁生产、长周期运行。Because of worsening environmental pollution and increasing resource shortages, the clean production has become the fundamental way to implement the sustainable development of environment and economy. Ammonia synthesis should choose process optimization and advanced control technology, and enhance integrated pollution prevention and control management system, in order to further achieve or close to the clean production, reduce environmental pollution, and achieve the unity of economic and environ- mental benefits. This article reviews the main techniques of ammonia, synthesis, the typical processes, their characteristics and e- conomy are analyzed. It is discussed the integrated pollution prevention and control management system of the European Union and China, and pointed that China should enhance the integrated pollution prevention and control management system in the future, and the main trends of the technological development of ammonia synthetic production in the future were pointed out as bigger scale, lower energy consumption, more structure transformation of raw materials, and longer period of operation.
