摘 要:中国石化洛阳分公司PTA装置采用美国BP-Amoco公司专利技术,并由该公司提供工艺包,原设计产能为22.5×104t/a。2003年10月扩能改造,装置产能达到32.5×104t/a,但其物耗和能耗较高,达46~47kg/t PTA,与主流PTA工艺40kg/t PTA的醋酸单耗相比,差距较大。分析显示,醋酸甲酯(MA)没有充分回收利用和脱水塔的醋酸跑损,是影响醋酸单耗的关键因素,这两部分损失折算成醋酸单耗合计约9.8kg/t PTA。计算机模拟结果显示,通过脱水塔回流水置换、强化高压吸收塔醋酸洗涤和增设汽提塔工艺优化,从抽出水中回收MA,可使醋酸单耗从现在的46.4kg/tPTA降至34.5kg/t PTA。即使实现70%的优化目标,也可降低醋酸单耗8kg/t PTA左右。每年可节约醋酸2600t,以每吨醋酸6000元计算,可降低生产成本1560万元/a。Sinopec Luoyang Company′s PTA plant uses BP-Amoco′s proprietary technology and the American company also provides a process package for the plant.The unit′s original designed capacity was 22.5×104t/a.After a capacity expansion in October 2003,the unit′s production capacity reached 32.5×104t/a.But the unit′s consumption of materials and energy is too high,at 46~47kg/t PTA,significantly higher than the unit acetic acid consumption of 40kg/t PTA of mainstream PTA technology.Analysis shows that the underutilization of methyl acetate(MA) and the runoff of acetic acid in the dehydrating tower are the key factors affecting acetic acid consumption.These two parts of losses combined are equivalent to 9.8kg of acetic acid per ton of PTA.Computer simulation results show that acetic acid consumption can drop to 34.5kg/t PTA from 46.4kg/t PTA as a result of the adoption of a series of measures such as displacing the recirculation water from the dehydrating tower,strengthening the acetic acid washing for the high-pressure absorption tower,introducing optimized stripper process and recovering MA in water extracted.Even only 70% of the optimization targets are achieved,acetic acid consumption will drop by about 8kg/t PTA.This will save about 2600 tons of acetic acid per year.Assuming one ton of acetic acid is worth 6000 yuan,the acetic acid saved is equivalent to saving 15.6 million yuan of production costs annually.
