摘  要:洛阳分公司1套催化裂化装置,原设计蜡油加工能力为200×104t/a;2000~2001年,装置引进UOP技术改造后,达到140×104t/a重油加工能力;2010年5月5日,装置再生形式由常规再生改为完全再生,达到了改善产品分布,提高附加值产品收率的目的。改为完全再生后,再生剂定碳下降0.10%以下,焦炭产率下降约0.25%。但催化装置总能耗约增加11kg标油/t,主要是用电能耗上升,增加约3.63kg标油/t,余热能产汽量下降,能耗增加11.01kg标油/t。对能耗影响因素进行分析,并结合生产实际提出措施,包括实现2台风机平稳、满负荷运行,节约电能,优化操作,增加装置热量回收,以及降低焦炭产率等,能耗有所降低。提出增上新主风机及配套烟机,对余热锅炉按完全再生方式进行适应性改造等建议,以满足完全再生形式下,装置平稳运行、降低能耗的需求。Sinopec Luoyang Company′s catalytic cracker originally had a wax oil processing capacity of 200×104t/a.Between 2000 and 2001,the unit′s heavy oil processing capacity stood at 140×104t/a after the company introduced UOP technology in the unit.On May 5,2010,the company upgraded the regenerating system of the unit to full regeneration from conventional regeneration.That upgrade improved product distribution and raised the value added to products as well as product yields.After the full regeneration system was introduced,carbon on regenerated catalysts dropped by 0.10% and coke yield dropped by about 0.25%.However,the overall energy consumption of the catalytic cracker increased by about 11kg of oil equivalent per ton of feedstock.Increased electric power consumption(an increase of about 3.63kg of oil equivalent per ton) was the main reason for the rise in overall energy consumption of the unit.In addition,the output of steam produced using residual heat dropped.Researchers analyzed the factors affecting the energy consumption of the unit and proposed some measures to improve the energy efficiency of the unit having regard to actual production conditions,including achieving the stable and full-capacity operation of the two fans,saving electric power,optimizing operation,increasing the amount of heat recovered and reducing the yield of coke.As a result,the unit′s energy consumption dropped to some extent.The researchers also suggested adding a new main fan as well as ancillary gas turbines and revamping the residual heat boiler to adapt to the full regeneration system to achieve the stable operation of the unit and reduce energy consumption.
