吗啡普鲁卡因配伍对家兔外周神经干动作电位的影响

摘　　要：目的研究吗啡和普鲁卡因对家兔外周神经兴奋性的影响。方法分别用吗啡、普鲁卡因及其混合液整体浸泡家兔外周神经,分别测定他们对家兔外周神经动作电位的影响。结果神经干在浸泡吗啡药液后潜伏期及动作电位均受到抑制;吗啡和普鲁卡因完全抑制了复合动作电位,在一定时间后仍可部分恢复。结论吗啡能加速局麻药物的起效时间和延长局麻药物的作用时间。Objective To investigating the effect of morphine on the excitability of the outside nerve of rabbit.Methods The rabbit ischiadic nerve was soaked in one of the morphine and procaine. The excitability of the rabbit ischiadic nerve was studied to note the action potential（AP）.Results Incubation period and the AP were suppressed by morphine,nerve stem at soak after the medicine＇s liquid the morphine and procaine completely repressed compound action electric potential,and still resumed after certain time.Conclusions The morphine can accelerate the effect time of anesthetic drug and extend the function time.
