摘 要:目的分析急性白血病患者真菌感染的发生率,探讨其危险因素。方法对2006年1月~2010年9月漳州市医院血液科收治的473例急性白血病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果急性白血病合并真菌感染69例,发生率为14.48%,发生真菌感染的相关因素有中性粒细胞数、激素的使用、广谱抗生素的使用和急性白血病的类型,Logistic回归分析显示中性粒细胞数、广谱抗生素的使用、激素的使用是并发侵袭性真菌感染的预测因素。结论急性白血病患者易发生真茵感染,积极控制易感因素是预防真菌感染的关键措施。Objective To analyze the possibility of fungal infection of acute leukemia patients,and evaluate its risk.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical documentation of the 473 acute leukemia patients admitted by City Hospital of Zhangzhou Hematology Department from January 2006 to September 2010.Results There were 69 cases of fungal infection in the 473 acute leukemia cases,with an occurrence rate of 14.48%.The possible interrelated factors were the numbers of neutrophils,usage of hormones,usage of broad—spectrum antibiotics,and the type of the acute leukemia.The logistic regression analysis showed that the number of neutrophils,the usage of hormones and the usage of broad—spectrum antibiotics were the predictive factors of concurrent invasive fungal infection with acute leukemia. Conclusions Acute leukemia patients are susceptible to fungal infection.Actively control the predisposing factors is the key point of avoiding fungal infection.
