摘　　要：目的为了使得综合评价方法在医院管理中得到更广泛的应用，本文试建立医院管理综合评价系统（CESHM）。方法本文基于C^＋＋ builder与Excel的交互功能，建立了CESHM系统。该系统实现了2种最常用的综合评价方法：加权线性和法和TOPSIS法。结果该系统勿需安装，灵巧方便，可根据实际需要灵活改变指标体系和指标权重。结论该系统满足了医院管理中对于综合评价方法要求快速实现的需要，提高了工作效率，有助于提高经营管理水平。Objective In order to make comprehensive evaluation methods widely applied in the hospital management, A comprehensive evaluation system of hospital management （CESHM） needs to be established. Methods Based on the C^＋＋ builder＇s interactive features, the CESHM was estblished. The system enables two most commonly used methods： the weighted linear sum method and TOPSIS method. Results The system is needless to be installed, smart and flexible. Conclusion The system meets the requirements of the hospital management for the comprehensive evaluation method and improves work efficiency and helps enhance the management level.
