摘  要:运用通径分析的方法研究了商洛4个药源基地8个土壤样品的脲酶活性和磷酸酶活性与土壤养分因子的关系。结果表明:商洛药源基地土壤有机质、全氮和pH值对脲酶活性的直接作用和间接作用都比较大,表现上极显著相关;土壤有机质、全氮和碱解氮对磷酸酶活性有较强的直接作用和间接作用。土壤酶与土壤养分的相关性表明:根据土壤酶活性来评价土壤的肥力状况是可行的。The relationship between soil nutrients and enzymes in eight different of samples of four soils in area of Shangluo were researched in path analysis for data processing.Results show that the soil organic matters content and total N as well as pH has significant effect on the activity of urease on the significant correlation.Soil organic matters and total N as well as alkali-hydro nitrogen has strong direct and indirect effect on the activity of phosphatase.From the correlations of these factors,we can fingure out that the activity of soil enzymes can be used to assess soil fertility condition.
