摘 要:舟曲县"8.8"特大山洪泥石流发生的众多因素中,生态环境变化对泥石流发生的影响引起了各方面的特别关注,为此以Landsat系列数据为信息源,监测了自1975年以来泥石流发生的小流域内不同生态系统用地现状、动态变化及其对泥石流发生的影响。监测结果表明舟曲县城泥石流的发生有其必然性,与小流域生态环境近期变化的关系不太显著。但是坡耕地的增加、林地的减少增加了泥石流物质累积的速度,增大了泥石流发生的可能性和危害性。居民地建设布局中未能充分考虑到为泥石流预留排泄通道是造成重大灾害的主要原因。Among all factors that have influence on the occurrence of super flood-debris flow,eco-environmental factor was paid great attentions.In the study,5 scenes of landsat images acquired since 1975 have been used to derive the land use information,the change data of the land used by different ecological systems has been produced by overlaying method,and the impact of land use change on the accumulation of debris materials has also been analyzed.The study results show that although the land use change has no obvious impact on the occurrence of super flood-debris flow on August 8,2010,the reclamation of steep land and disafforestation would increase the occurrence probability and endangerment of debris flow.The huge loss was the result that the debris drainage had been jammed by the building that stood on the bank of flood channel.
