经内镜高频电分块切除法治疗大肠巨大带蒂息肉的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究经内镜高频电分块切除法治疗大肠巨大带蒂息肉的临床疗效,并评价其安全性。方法:常规进镜,确定息肉后,根据息肉的大小、形态、数目、病人情况等。采用不同体位、功率、时间和分块切除次数进行治疗。结果:65例69枚大肠巨大带蒂息肉经内镜高频电分块切除法治疗,治愈率100%。治疗中和治疗后未见肠道气体爆炸,出血、穿孔等并发症。术后半年至1年后复查未发现息肉再生,肠狭窄、恶变等。结论:实践证明经内镜高频电分块切除法治疗大肠巨大带蒂息肉临床疗效显著,治疗简便、安全、可靠、省钱、避免手术之痛苦,临床应用价值高,值得推广使用。Objective：To study the endoscopic high-frequency electrical block Excision of large pedunculated colorectal polyps in clinical efficacy and to evaluate its safety.Methods： Routine into a mirror,after determining polyps,according to polyp size,shape,number of patients and so on.different position,power,time,and the number of block resection for treatment.Results： 65 patients with 69 colorectal polyps endoscopic pedicle huge block excision frequency electric therapy,the cure rate was 100%.No treatment and treatment of intestinal gas after the explosion,bleeding,perforation occurred.after six months to one year after the review found no polyps regeneration,intestinal stenosis, malignancy,etc.Conclusion： Endoscopic proven high-frequency electrical sub-block removal of large pedunculated colorectal polyps treatment of significant clinical effect,treatment is simple,safe,reliable,save money,avoid the pain of surgery,the clinical application of high value and should be introduced.
