摘 要:在炸药抛撒颗粒的过程中,颗粒与炸药质量之比对抛撒颗粒的动能特性有重要影响。对中心为8710药柱,周围为钨颗粒的圆柱形装药进行了实验。实验中装药中心药柱的质量为200g,钨颗粒的质量与药柱的质量比(简称装药比)在2~7之间。实验结果表明,在有效作用距离内(2m~6m)颗粒数密度随装药比的增加呈正比增加;在近距离上(2m,3m),随装药比增大颗粒对纸靶的最大穿深明显下降,但在较远的距离上(4m,5m,6m),各装药颗粒对纸靶的最大穿深比较接近,随装药比增大而下降的规律不明显。颗粒对纸靶的平均穿深随装药比变化的规律与最大穿深相似。纸靶单位面积上的总穿深对装药比不敏感,随装药比的增大略成线性增大的趋势。The mass ratio between particles and explosive significantly affects the kinetic characteristics of particles dispersed by explosive. Granular tungsten driven by center cylinder of explosive 8701 was investigated experimentally in the present study. The mass ratios between granular tungsten and explosive ("charge ratio" for short) ranged from 2 to 7,and the mass of center explosive 8701 cylinder is 200 g for all charges. Experimental results show that at an effective distance (2m ~ 6m),the particle number density is direct proportional increasing with the charge ratio increases. At a near distance (2m^3m),the maximum penetration depth on paper target is decreasing significantly with the charge ratio increasing,but at a far distance (4m,5m and 6m) it is not significant. There is similar tendency for average depth of particles penetrating paper target. The total penetration depth in unit area is not sensitive to charge ratio,only slightly increases with the charge ratio increasing.
