摘  要:在深度访谈和开放式问卷调查的基础上,编制了职业决策困难问卷。探索性因素分析和验证性因素表明,中国文化背景下的职业决策困难问卷自我认知、缺乏信息、观念冲突、职业规划四个维度构成。实验研究表明,大学生对缺乏信息困难的应对方式比对观念冲突困难的应对方式更为积极,不同专业的大学生对职业决策困难的应对方式存在显著差异。To develop the Career Decision-making Digiculties Scale, we conducted both quantitative sur- vey assessment and in-depth individual interview. E- FA and CFA were conducted to examine the factorial structure of the scale. Results showed that the scale consisted of four factors: self-awareness, lack of information, concept of conflict, career planning. Undergraduates' coping styles appear more active than the concept of conflict in face lacking of information, and undergraduates of different departments have remarkable differences in coping styles to career decision-making diglculties.
