摘  要:电离层空时相位随机变化特性使天波海态雷达方位波束宽度和杂波频谱展宽,降低雷达方位分辨率和频谱分辨率,影响海态参数反演精度。针对这一问题,近年来发展了诸多解电离层相位污染信号处理算法,但均受一定的适用条件限制。首次引入相延时和群延时,深入分析了电离层空时相位变化对天波海态雷达方位波束形成、杂波频谱影响,并利用仿真方法进行了验证。最后,分别采用空、时信号处理对上述展宽进行了抑制,提高了方位分辨率,谱峰明显锐化。The random and space-time varying nature of the iosophere may cause the sky wave sea-state radar azimuth beamwidth and clutter spectrum to be extended,and reduce azimuth and spectrum resolution,thereby affecting sea-state parameters extraction.To solve this problem,many signal processing algorithms of ionospheric phase decontamination have been proposed recently,however,they are all limited to certain conditions.In this paper,the phase delay and group delay are introduced for the first time and the affection of the ionospheric space-time phase perturbation on the sea-state radar azimuth beamforming and clutter spectrum is analyzed in details.Numerical results show that the azimuth resolution is improved and the spectrum peak is apparently sharpened through space-time signal processing to suppress the spectrum spread.
