黄花美冠兰花芽分化过程的显微观察

摘　　要：采用石蜡切片法,对黄花美冠兰的花芽分化过程,包括花序原基的分化、花蕾原基的分化、萼片和花瓣原基的分化、蕊柱和唇瓣的分化以及花药的发育,进行显微观察。黄花美冠兰花芽从4月底开始分化,到花蕾原基完全发育成熟,大约需要1个月的时间。The flower bud differentiation process of Eulophia flava（Lindl.）Hooker f.was observed by the method of paraffin section.The results showed that the flower bud differentiation process lasted for more than one month from the starting of inflorescence primordial differentiation in late April to completely maturing.The process included differentiation of inflorescence primordium,differentiation of flower bud primordium,differentiation of sepal primordium and petal primordium,differentiation and development of gynostemium and labellum,development of pollen.
