摘　　要：以早钟6号不同离体保存阶段的枇杷试管苗为材料,建立内源激素ABA、GA3、IAA和ZT的HPLC梯度洗脱方法,结果显示:4种内源激素的各组分分离完全,峰形良好,可为准确分析离体保存过程中枇杷试管苗内源激素的含量变化提供技术保障和理论依据。A gradient elution method was proposed for the simultaneous determination of intrinsic hormones,such as gibberellin（GA3）,3-heteroauxing（3-IAA）,zeatin（ZT）and abscisic acide（ABA）in plantlets of different stages in vitro of loquat cultivar of Zaozhong No.6 by HPLC.Four intrinsic hormones could be simultaneously separated and detected by ultraviolet with four settings of programmable wavelength.The methods can provide technical support and theoretical basis for accurate analysis of intrinsic hormones contents of the plantlets in vitro of loquat.
