摘  要:目的探讨髓过氧化物酶(MPO)-463G/A基因的多态性与原发性高血压(EH)的易患关系。方法 EH患者107例,对照组97例,应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RELP)技术分析MPO-463G/A基因的多态性,并进行统计学分析。结果 EH患者GG、GA+AA基因型的分布频率分别是70.1%和29.9%,正常对照组分别是56.7%和43.3%,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);男性EH患者GG、GA+AA基因型的分布频率分别是78.1%和21.9%,男性对照组分别是57.4%和42.6%,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 MPO-463G/A基因的多态性与EH的易患性显著相关。该位点A基因的表达在EH的发生过程中起保护性作用,对男性的保护作用更明显。【Objective】 To study the relationship between the 463G/A polymorphism of myeloperoxidase(MPO) gene and essential hypertension(EH).【Methods】 Polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RELP) technique was used to analyze the 463G/A polymorphism.The study covered 107 hypertensives and 97 controls.【Results】 The frequencies of MPO,GG,GA+AA genotypes in hypertensives and controls were 70.1%,29.9% and 56.7%,43.3%.There was a significant difference in genotypes between hypertensives and controls(P〈 0.05).The GG,GA +AA genotypes in male hypertensives and male controls were 78.1%,21.9% and 57.4%,42.6%,respectively.There was also a significant difference(P 〈0.05).【Conclusions】 The 463G/A polymorphism of MPO gene influences the risk of EH.The A allele has protective function in EH occurrence which is more obvious in male hypertensives.
