自拟解毒活血汤治疗带状疱疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自制解毒活血汤治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法 120例带状疱疹患者随机分两组,治疗组60例采用解毒活血汤治疗。对照组60例用阿昔洛韦、维生素B1和甲钴胺片治疗。观察两组的治愈率、总有效率、止痛、止疱、结痂时间和后遗症。结果治疗组治愈率为76.67%,明显高于对照组治愈率(60.00%)(P<0.05),治疗组止痛、止疱和结痂时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组1例继发神经痛,对照组有4例出现神经痛。结论解毒活血汤治疗带状疱疹明显缩短了止痛、止疱和结痂时间,疗程短,治愈率高,值得临床推广。【Objective】 To investigate the clinical effect of Jiedu Huoxue Tang in treatment of herpes zoster.【Methods】 A total of 120 patients suffering from herpes zoster were randomized into 2 groups with 60 in each group.The treatment group was treated with Jiedu Huoxue Tang and the control group was treated with Aciclovir,vit B1 and mecobalamin.The curative rate,total effective rate,and the time of relieved pain,inhibited blistering and scabbing were observed.【Results】 The cure rate was 76.67% in treatment group which was significantly higher than that（60.00%） in control group（P 〈0.05）.The time of relieved pain,inhibited blistering and scabbing in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in control group（P〈 0.05）.There were one patient in treatment group with secondary neuralgia and four patients in control group.【Conclusion】 The herbs of Jiedu Huoxue Tang in treatment of herpes zoster could raise the cure rate and shorten the treatment course.It can be applied to the clinic.
