列车乘警职业紧张及对血清IL-2的影响

摘　　要：[目的]研究乘警的职业紧张水平,以及职业紧张对血清白介素IL-2水平的影响。[方法]选择福州铁路分局工龄≥3年在职职工177名,用职业紧张量表(OSI)进行问卷调查,并抽取血样分析其IL-2水平。[结果]乘警组的职业紧张总分(280.5分)高于乘务员组(259.9分),其IL-2水平低于乘务员组(8.1 ng/ml与11.3 ng/ml)。[结论]乘警的职业紧张程度较乘务员高,属于高职业紧张暴露工种。职业紧张影响IL-2水平,其对免疫功能的影响不容忽视,应引起关注。[Objective] To study the effects of job stress on serum interleukin-2（IL-2） level in train police.[Methods] Totally 177 male railroad workers with more than three years service were investigated by occupational stress inventory（OSI） questionnaire.And the serum IL-2 level was detected.[Results] The occupational stress score（280.5） of train police was higher than that of trainman（259.9）.The level of IL-2 of train police（8.1 ng/ml） was lower than that of trainman（11.3 ng/ml）.[Conclusion] The occupational stress of train police is at high level,belong to high stress occupation.It can influence the level of IL-2 and immunologic function.
