摘  要:目的检测哮喘患者血清中的IL-12、IL-13和IgE水平,明确IL-12、IL-13和IgE相关性及与哮喘的关系。方法采用ELISA法测定47例哮喘患者(其中急性发作期27例,缓解期20例)血清白细胞介素IL-12、IL-13和IgE水平,并与体检正常25例健康人(对照组)进行对照;对哮喘发作期IL-12、IL-13与IgE水平行相关分析。结果急性发作期患者血清IL-12水平显著低于缓解期和对照组(P<0.05),而IL-13和IgE水平显著高于缓解期和对照组(P<0.05)。IL-12与IgE呈负相关(r=-0.429,P<0.05),IL-13与IgE呈正相关(r=0.517,P<0.05)。结论初步认为IL-12和IL-13参与支气管哮喘发病的整个过程;检测血清IL-12、IL-13及IgE水平可反映支气管哮喘的炎症状态及评价治疗效果。【Objective】This study examined the changes of serum levels of interleukin 12(IL-12),interleukin 13(IL-13) and immunoglobulin E(IgE) in patients with asthma as well as the correlation of IL-12 and IL-13 with IgE in order to investigate their roles in asthma.【Methods】Serum levels of IL-12,IL-13 and IgE were detected using ELISA in 47 asthmatic patients at the acute and the remission stages.25 healthy persons served as control group.【Results】Compared with the control group,serum IL-12 levels were significantly lower and serum IgE levels were significantly higher in the asthmatic group through the acute to the remission stages.Serum IL-12 levels were negatively correlated with serum IgE level in asthmatic patients(r =-0.429,P 0.05).Serum IL-13 significantly increased in the asthmatic group at acute stage compared with the control group(P 0.05),but remained higher levels than those in the remission stage(P 0.05).Serum IL-13 levels were positively correlated with serum IgE level in asthmatic patients(r =0.517,P 0.05).The asthmatic patients at the remission stage showed significantly decreased serum IgE levels compared with those at the acute stage(P 0.05),but the IgE level in the remission stage was obviously higher than in the control group(P 0.01).【Conclusions】There might be an imbalance in serum IL-12,IL-13 and IgE levels in asthmatic patients.IL-12,IL-13 and IgE may play an important role in the pathogenesis of asthma.They may be useful in the diagnosis and severity evaluation of asthma.
