干燥条件对OCC纸浆施胶性能的影响

摘  要:以旧瓦楞纸箱(OCC)纸浆为研究对象,探讨了AKD在不同干燥条件下的施胶性能。研究结果表明:在施胶过程中,改变助留剂CPAM用量对纸张施胶性能的影响较大,CPAM的加入可以提高AKD在纸页中的留着率。只有在一定的干燥温度和时间下,留着在纸页中的AKD才能与纤维反应,干燥条件对AKD与纤维的反应至关重要。当CPAM的用量达到200mg·kg-1左右时纸张的施胶性能较好,Cobb值为22.20g·m-2,纸张的抗张指数、撕裂指数和耐破指数分别为26.41N·m·g-1、14.39mN·m2·g-1、1.61kPa·m2·g-1。在不同干燥条件下,随着干燥温度的升高和时间的延长,纸页的抗水性能逐渐提高,但在温度超过100℃、时间超过15min的干燥条件下,纸张的抗水性能提高缓慢。另外,随着温度和时间的增加,成纸的强度也呈逐渐上升趋势,在温度为100℃、时间为15min左右施胶效果明显,强度性能最好。In this paper, old corrugated containers (OCC) pulp was used as the research object, the changes of sizing performance with alkyl ketene dimer (AKD) sizing under different drying conditions were studied. The results showed that amount of cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) significantly influenced the sizing performance during sizing process, because the addition of CPAM could promote retention of AKD in paper sheet. The reaction between AKD and cellulose could go on smoothly only at certain drying temperature and time, which played important role in the reaction. When the amount of CPAM was about 200mg·kg-1, Cobb value is 22.20g·m-2, the strength properties of paper including tensile, tear and burst index were 26.41 N·m·g-1, 14.39 mN·m2·g-1, 1.61 kPa·m2·g-1 respectively, showing good sizing effect. With the increasing of temperature and time, water-resistance of the sheet was getting better. However, as temperature exceeded 100℃ and time exceeded 15 min, water-resistance of paper improved slowly. On the other hand, paper strength improved gradually when temperature and time increased, and it achieved the utmost value and showed the obvious sizing effect at temperature of 100℃ for 15 min. Once when drying conditions were more intensity than this, sizing performance would be decrease.
