龙须草制浆造纸性能及其配抄文化用纸

摘　　要：分析龙须草的纤维形态及化学成分,研究龙须草的制浆性能及龙须草浆在配抄文化用纸中的情况。结果表明:龙须草是一种优质的长纤维草类制浆造纸原料,掺配15%龙须草的混合浆配抄文化用纸,可减少针叶木长纤维浆用量,降低生产成本,并能取得改善纸机抄造和成纸质量的效果。The chemical composition and fiber morphology of Chinese alpine rush （Eulaliopsis binata） were analyzed.The pulping properties of Chinese alpine rush and its application in culture paper furnish were studied in this paper.The results indicate that Chinese alpine rush is a kind of high quality straw material with long fibers for papermaking,and a lower production cost will be spent by decreasing use of long fiber pulp when the mixed pulp blended with 15% Chinese alpine rush pulp furnished,which will also lead the improvement of paper machine runnability and paper quality.
