体外冲击波碎石术联合输尿管镜下钬激光治疗输尿管上段结石(附49例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)联合输尿管镜下钬激光治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法对153例输尿管上段结石患者采用ESWL 1、2次,对复诊的49例失败者再行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术。结果两种方法联合碎石成功率为95.9%(47/49);无输尿管穿孔等严重并发症。结论 ESWL联合输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石具有安全、微创、碎石成功率和结石排净率高、康复快等优点,尤其适用于伴有输尿管梗阻的患者。【Objective】To investigate the effect of ureter superior segment calculus by combining Holmium laser intracavitary therapy with extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy（ESWL）.【Methods】153 patients of ureter superior segment calculus were treated by ESWL,49 cases who were failure were treated with intracavitary therapy of holmium laser again.【Results】The achievement ratio of therapeutic alliance was 95.9%（47/49）.No complication has been found,such as ureter perforation.【Conclusion】Therapeutic alliance is safety,mini-invasion,and has a high degradation ratio and clearance ratio of calculus.The patients recover quickly.Therapeutic alliance is useful for those patients with obstruction of ureter especially.
