桐叶千金藤生物碱研究

摘　　要：目的:研究桐叶千金藤Stephania hernandifolia Walp.中的生物碱类成分。方法:桐叶千金藤全草用95%乙醇溶液加热回流提取,减压回收乙醇,浓缩液加水稀释后经酸碱处理,石油醚、氯仿萃取,得总生物碱。总生物碱利用正相硅胶、反相Rp-18、微孔吸附树脂CHP 20P、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱方法分离和纯化,通过理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从桐叶千金藤中分离得到6个生物碱类成分,分别为:顶花防己胺(Ⅰ)、l-四氢巴马亭(Ⅱ)、巴马亭(Ⅲ)、Stephamiersine(Ⅳ)、Telitoxine(Ⅴ)、Daurioxoisoporphine D(Ⅵ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ～Ⅵ为首次从桐叶千金藤中分离得到,且化合物Ⅴ、Ⅵ首次从千金藤属植物中分离得到。Objective：To study the alkaloids in Stephania hernandifolia.Methods：The dried herbs of S.hernandifolia were extracted with 95% ethanol.After removal of the solvent,the residue was first partitioned between acid water and petroleum ether,then the aqueous layer was basified and extracted with chloroform to obtain crude alkaloids.Column chromatograghy on silica gel,Rp-18,MCI CHP 20P,Sephadex LH-20 were applied for the isolation and purification of the crude alkaloids fraction.The structures were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results：Six alkaloids were obtained and identified as Cepharamine（Ⅰ）,l-tetrahadropalmatine（Ⅱ）,Plmatine（Ⅲ）,Stephamiersine（Ⅳ）,Telitoxine（Ⅴ）,Daurioxoisoporphine D（Ⅵ）.Conclusions：Compounds Ⅰ～Ⅵ are isolated from this plant for the first time,and compounds Ⅴ,Ⅵ are isolated from the plants of Stephania for the first time.
