摘　　要：解决好当代美术类大学生的就业问题．是当今高等院校美术教育面临的重大任务和课题。通过分析美术院校及美术专业学生在职业生涯规划方面存在的问题及社会对美术类专业人才的需求状况，探讨如何构建美术类专业学生职业生涯规划指导体系。The present employment of fine arts majors is a big issue that fine arts education in higher education is facing now. This article attempts to explore the construction of guidance system of career planning for majors of fine arts by analyzing the present problems in career planning for both schools and majors of fine arts as well as the social needs of fine arts talents.
