月质量讲评在消毒供应中心的实践与成效

摘　　要：目的探讨月质量讲评在消毒供应中心的实践及成效。方法将消毒供应中心工作分为5个质控小组实施月质量讲评管理。比较质量讲评管理前后工作质量及继续教育质量情况。结果月质量讲评管理后,消毒供应中心各项工作质量及继续教育质量得到明显提高(均P<0.05)。结论开展月质量讲评管理可提高消毒供应中心综合质量及继续教育质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To probe into the practice and effectiveness of comment on quality in the sterilization and supply center.Methods The management of comment on quality work was carried out among the five groups of the sterilization and supply center.The quality of work and continuing education was compared before and after the comment on quality.Result The quality of work and continuing education was improved after the enforcement of comment on quality（P 0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive quality and the quality of continuing education in the sterilization and supply center can be improved by making monthly comments on quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
