摘　　要：目的分析HIV/AIDS患者精子的形态学特点,探讨HIV感染对精子形态学的影响。方法收集已确诊HIV/AIDS患者,采用精子分析仪分析其精子形态学特点。结果收集了28例HIV/AIDS患者,分析精子的形态学结构发现,患者精子畸形率在24.2%~93.9%之间,平均（67.7±11.2）%,精子畸形以头部畸形为主,尤以小头畸形常见（54.2±15.7）%;其次可见大头、无定形头、圆形头等。颈部畸形率为（4.16±4.23）%,以颈部粗壮、不规则为主。尾部畸形率为（3.28±4.93）%,主要以尾部弯曲为主。结论 HIV/AIDS患者精子形态学存在明显的异常,HIV感染对患者精子的形态有明显的影响。Objective To analyze the morphological feature of the spermatozoa of HIV/AIDS patients,and to address the effect of HIV infection on morphology of patient＇s spermatozoa.Methods To enroll the confirmed HIV/AIDS patients,and analyzed the morphological feature the patients spermatozoa using semiautomatic sperm morphology analyzer.Results Totally 28 HIV/AIDS patients were enrolled in this study,and it had found from the analyzer that the percentage of morphology abnormal sperm range from 24.2% to 93.9% in these patients with average of（67.7±11.2）%,the main abnormal part is sperm head,mainly small head sperm with average of（54.2±15.7）%,then large head sperm,vacuoles head sperm and round head sperm and so on.Average percentage of neck abnormality sperm is 4.16±4.23%,mainly are thick neck and irregular neck.Average percentage of tail abnormality sperm is（3.28±4.93）%,mainly tail bending.Conclusion Sperm morphology is significantly abnormal in HIV/AIDS patients,which indicates that HIV infection can obviously affect the morphology of patient spermatozoa.
