克罗米芬结合人绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗多囊卵巢综合症的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察克罗米芬结合人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)治疗多囊卵巢综合症的疗效。方法将56例多囊卵巢综合症肥胖患者随机分为两组,分别用克罗米芬和克多米芬加人绒毛膜促性腺激素促排卵治疗。结果治疗组28例治疗后血清胰岛素水平明显降低(P<0.01),血睾酮、胰岛素抵抗指数有显著降低(P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后无明显变化。两组都无明显不良反应。结论克罗米芬结合人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)治疗多囊卵巢综合症能明显改善多囊卵巢综合症的临床症状,提高妊娠率,改善肥胖,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the analysis of the clinical treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome by clomifen and human chorionic gonadotropin（HCG）.Methods Totally 56 patients of polycystic ovary syndrome were divided into two groups.In the control group,28 patients are treated by clomifen;In the treatment group,28 patients are treated by clomifen and HCG.Results The serum insulin of the treatment group was significantly lower than that after treatment（P0.01）,The serum testosterone,insulin resistance index were significantly decreased（P0.05）,while the control group had no significant changes before and after treatment.Both groups had no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion The treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome by the combination of clomifen and HCG can increase the rate of ovulation and pregnancy rate and reduce the occurrence of LUF and LPD,So it is worth to promoting.
