摘 要:采用熔融挤出法制备了尼龙66/玄武岩纤维复合材料,通过力学性能测试、扫描电子显微镜观察及固体流变仪分析等方法研究了偶联剂种类及含量、玄武岩纤维含量对复合材料力学性能、加工性能和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,偶联剂KH550对改善复合材料的力学性能效果最佳,且随偶联剂KH550含量的增加,复合材料的力学性能先增大后降低;在实验范围内,随着玄武岩纤维含量的增加,复合材料的力学性能显著提高,熔体流动速率降低。Nylon 66(PA66)/basalt fiber composite was prepared by melting extrusion. The effects of basalt fiber content,the coupling agent type and content on mechanical property,processing property and dynamic mechanical property of the composite were studied by mechanical property test,SEM,dynamic mechanical properties measure analysis. The results showed that KH550 coupling agent tcould improve the mechanical properties of the composite best. The mechanical properties of composite increased to maximum and then decreased with the increase of KH550 content. In the experimental range,with the increase of basalt fiber content,the mechanical property of the composite increased obviously,the MFR of composite decreased remarkably.
