摘 要:郑州黄河公铁两用桥引桥首孔公路箱梁由于受地形影响无法通过1次横移实现箱梁架设。若先架设其他孔箱梁,后架设首孔箱梁,则由于首孔箱梁桥墩设计宽度较窄,将造成架桥机正常站位时,无法将首孔箱梁架设到设计位置,给首孔箱梁架设带来诸多困难。因此,分别对小箱梁纵移支架架设法,搭设平台法,中梁分次架设、边梁纵移就位法等方案进行深入分析和研究,经综合比较后选择中梁分次架设、边梁纵移就位法的架设方案,顺利地实现高空窄墩情况下首孔箱梁的架设。Restricted by the topography at the bridge site,the first span roadway box girder of the approach bridge of Zhengzhou Huanghe River Rail-cum-Road Bridge could not be erected in place by one-time transverse shifting.If the erection of other span girders was to take place prior to that of the first span girder,the overhead launching gantry,when normally stood on the pier of the first span girder,would not erect the girder to its designed position because the designed width of the pier was narrow and would make it very difficult to complete the erection of the girder.In such case,the construction schemes for erection of box girders,such as the longitudinal shifting of scaffolding,setting-up of working platform,erecting of central girder in times and longitudinal shifting of edge girders in place,were thoroughly analyzed and studied.On the basis of the comprehensive comparison,the scheme of erecting of the central girder in times and the longitudinal shifting of the edge girders was selected and the erection of the first span girder was finally smoothly realized under the condition of high-rise and narrow width pier.
