摘  要:随着多相流基础理论研究的发展以及工业生产与管理的需要,气液两相流计量仪表得到相应的发展,针对此现状,根据能量守恒定律、质量守恒定律和IAPW S-IF97公式,研制了湿蒸汽流量仪检测标定系统,包含软件和硬件两部分。该系统在仪表生产厂家得到应用,结果表明该系统成本低、精度高、可行性好,可以为后续研究提供必要的手段和技术支持。With the development of basic theoretical research of multiphase flow and the needs of industrial production and management,gas-liquid two-phase flow measuring instrument has developed accordingly.According to conservation of energy,conservation of mass and IAPWS-IF97 equation,a detection and calibration standard system with software and hardware for wet steam two phase flow instrument was designed.The system has been applied in the instrument manufacturer and the results show that the system has low cost,high precision,and good feasibility,which can provide the necessary means and technical support for the subsequent research.
