摘 要:杂环化合物因其低毒、高效、对环境友好、结构变化多样等特点,已经成为当今新农药发展的热点方向。同时,丙烯腈类化合物往往具有良好的生物活性,其在农药和医药领域的应用已被广泛关注。因此,兼具杂环和丙烯腈结构特征的杂环丙烯腈化合物也已引起农药创制研究者越来越多的关注。按结构进行分类,着重从化学结构、生物活性方面对具有农药生物活性的杂(芳)环丙烯腈类化合物进行综述,并介绍了部分化合物的合成方法。Recently,heterocyclic compounds had been become hot research fields in green agrochemicals,because of their low toxicity,efficient,environmental friendly and structural changes in various characteristics.At the same time,bioactive acrylonitrile derivatives also have been widely used in pesticidal and medicinal fields.Heterocyclic-acrylonitrile derivatives which had framework of both heterocyclic and acrylonitrile have attracted more and more concern.In this paper,the chemical structures and bioactivities of heterocyclic(aromatic)-acrylonitrile derivatives were emphatically reviewed,and the synthetic routes of some derivatives were also described.
