摘　　要：在直播和移栽条件下研究2.4%藜芦碱.阿维AS防治根结线虫的药效。试验结果表明：播种处理,以3 000 mL/hm2制剂用量播前土壤处理效果较好,防效可达66.16%,但整体效果较差。移栽处理,灌根处理用药后20 d调查,有效成分24、12 mg/kg处理感病株率均为0,与清水对照相比,防效均为100%;喷雾处理用药后20 d调查,24、12 mg/kg处理感病株率分别为13.33%和20.00%,防效分别为84%和76%,差异极显著。用药后40 d调查,所有处理感病株率明显增加,与清水对照相比差异显著,但防效均明显下降。生产上建议用有效成分24~12 mg/kg灌根或喷雾处理,用药间隔期20~30 d。The experiments of efficacy of cevadine·avermectin 2.4% AS on tomato root-knot nematode were carried out in seeding and transplanting condition.Results showed： in seeding condition,insecticide concentration;so the best use at seeding condition of this insecticide was soil application pre-seeding at 3000 mL/ha,the efficacy reached at 66.16%,soil application and spraying post-seeding was not recommended.In transplanting condition,the infection rate was 0 and the efficacy was reached 100% compared with control after soil application 20 days both 24 and 12 mg/kg treatments;the infection rate was 13.33 and 20.00% and the efficacy was reached 84 and 76% after spraying 20 days with 24 and 12 mg/kg treatments respectively,difference was significantly.All treatments infection rate increased and the efficacy decreased after applied 40 days,significantly different from control.Soil application and spraying at 24-12 mg/kg usage were recommended in field production,and medication interval was 20-30 days.
