摘 要:研究了各类多电平逆变器的结构和级联式逆变器的脉宽调制方法,建立了级联式逆变器的数学模型,为解决传统多电平空间矢量PWM方法复杂、难以应用于实际系统的问题,深入研究了传统两电平及三电平的空间矢量PWM方法,提出了一种新型多电平的SVPWM方法。为验证新方法的正确性,进行了Matlab7.0/simulink系统仿真,结果初步验证了新型多电平SVPWM方法的可行性,为该SVPWM方法的实际应用提供了一种新的思路。Topology of multi-level converter and technique of multi-level PWM was studied.The mathematic model of cascaded multi-level circuit was presented based on its principle analysis.Due to the large number of voltage space vectors and redundant switching states,there was a problem of computational complexity in multi-level converter,and so the utilization of multi-level inverters with the SVPWM method could not be realized.To resolve the problem,a novel SVPWM technique was proposed,and it was further analyzed in detail.In order to validate the technique,the simulation and a three-cell cascaded inverters experiment system were set up.The capabilities of the novel technique are verified by simulation and experimentation.
