摘  要:研究了注射成型和注射压缩成型平板的光学性能特点,然后对两者光学性能的差异进行了分析。结果表明,注射成型平板的光学畸变和角偏差大,与其残余应力大且分布范围宽有关;而注射压缩成型平板的残余应力相对较小且分布范围较窄,型腔压力分布更为均匀,从而成型平板具有更低的光学畸变和角偏差。Optical properties of injection molded and injection compression molded panel were comprehensively investigated,and then the differences between them were analyzed.The results showed that injection molded parts had larger optical distortion and angular deviation associated with large and uneven residual stress.But injection compression molded panels had small and well-distributed residual stresses,and in-mold press was uniformly distributed,this would lead to low optical distortion and angular deviation.
