摘　　要：以L-HM22环境友好液压油为研制目标,通过对不同类型基础油组分的氧化稳定性和水解安定性进行评价,确定了合适的基础油组成;添加剂配方研究中重点对抗氧剂、抗磨剂及其复配规律进行了研究,确定了复合剂配方。所研制的L-HM22环境友好液压油各项性能达到了指标要求,并通过了叶片泵台架试验和生物降解性试验。To develop a kind of L-HM22 environmentally friendly hydraulic fluid,the oxidation stability and hydrolytic stability of different base oils were evaluated and a suitable composition was determined.Meanwhile,an additive package was designed based on the investigations of antioxidants,antiwear additives and their synergistic effects.The results indicated that the developed oil can measure up to the L-HM22 specifications,and has passed vane pump bench test and the biodegradable experiment.
