润滑油“老三套”装置直供分析

摘　　要：中国石化济南分公司根据润滑油生产流程的状况,在原油实现分输的前提下,大胆创新,从管理、操作、流程改造着手,甩出中间料罐区,最终实现了润滑油"老三套"装置全部直供,通过不断的摸索调整,取得了宝贵的实践经验,同时通过对润滑油"老三套"直供后的跟踪分析,对流程改变、生产操作、产品质量、装置能耗等方面进行了比较,充分肯定了直供的多种效益,尤其对润滑油基础油的质量改善、节能降耗及全流程操作的控制非常有利,为润滑油基础油的生产流程提供了一个新的思路。According to the conditions of lubricating oil production process,on the basis of separate transfer of crude oil,a bold innovation was made by the SINOPEC Ji′nan Company.Started with the management,operation and process reengineering,through removing the intermediate material tank,the direct supplying technology in lubricating oil production process has been developed in SINOPEC Ji′nan Company.The tracking analysis and comparison were made in the production process,production manipulation,product quality and energy consumption.Results showed that this direct supplying technology has the multi-directional advantages,especially in quality improvement,energy saving and full process control of lube base oil.It provides a novel idea for the production process of lube base oil.
