摘　　要：管理会计在20世纪70年代末伴随中国的改革开放从西方引入中国,经过本土化实践,河北省企业创造和提炼出马胜利的三十六计、满负荷工作法、涿化模式、邯纲经验等在国内具有一定特色的系列会计经验,使管理会计的中国化应用达到了较高水平。Management accounting was first introduced into China in 1970s when the country started reform and opening up. Through constant adaptation and improvement the enterprises in Hebei Province have accumulated a series of accounting experiences,including Ma Shengli＇s 36 tricks,full-load working approach,the operating mode in Zhuolu Fertilizer Plant and the experiences in Handan Steel Plant,raising the management accounting in China to a new height.
