摘　　要：对底部两层框架－抗震墙砖房侧移刚度的确定方法进行分析，指出了现有方法存在的问 题，提出了较为合理的侧移刚度确定方法和简化计算公式。Basede on the analysis of the shortcoming in existing methods for calculating lateral stiffness of brick ma- sonry building with two stories frame-shear wall structure at the bottom, a reasonable method and sim- plified formula for calculating the lateral stiffness are presented.
