小排量高扬程潜油离心泵的研究与应用

摘　　要：针对开采中后期的中深度油层开发的实际现状,需要小排量高扬程的潜油离心泵。通过对影响潜油离心泵提液性能的叶导轮结构尺寸和性能参数的研究,开发研制出单级高扬程潜油离心泵叶导轮,同时进行高扬程潜油离心泵耐高压密封工艺研究,并形成综合配套工艺。该小排量高扬程潜油离心泵在现场应用增油提液效果良好,性能稳定,应用前景广阔。According to the practical production situation of the middle and deep oil deposits,a small capacity and high head electric submersible centrifugal pump is needed.By studying the structure size and capability parameter to impellers and diffusers that affect the pumping capability of electric submersible centrifugal pump,single high head impellers and diffusers are studied and manufactured,and the crafts of high pressure——proof and seal to electric submersible centrifugal pump are designed.Finally comprehensive crafts are competed.It is used in the oil production successfully.Oil productions are increased largely and its capability is stable,so its used prospects are wide.
